Prospective Students

We see that you are interested in CASI and would like to provide you with information about what to expect after enrolling. Our home page offers comprehensive details, while individual Program pages elucidate the curriculum. This page provides an overview of the student experience.

 

As a distance-oriented educational institution, CASI’s Student Portal is designed to be user-friendly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, enabling students to access their curriculum, account information, and other Portal features, including the student discussion forum.

Your Student Portal

Your CASI Student Portal is your home base for all of your course materials, textbooks, videos, assignments, and the student forums.

Pages are made accessible once students enroll in their courses and pay tuition. That can be done by clicking here.

Accessing Your Course Curriculum

A list of both active and completed courses are available on a students "My Curriculum" page. Courses become immediately available once tuition payment has been approved.

Tracking Your Progress

As you complete courses within your program, you can mark the course as "Complete" to keep track of your progress and pacing. Your professors will also be able to view your academic activity and provide guidance for students who would like additional support.

Your Program’s Material

Your course material is available in the order it is intended to be read. They may be marked "Complete" as you work your way through them and remain available to revisit as needed.

 

Secondary materials, such as texts, articles, and videos, are also available through the Student Portal.

Accessing Coursework Offline

Every course has its corresponding PDF available for download so that students may continue their studies offline or online. As a graduate, you will retain indefinite access to your course materials, including updates as they are made.

Connecting with CASI Students and Professors

The Student Forum is available in the Student Portal and serves as a discussion list for all students, faculty, and many graduates. You may email your professor for individual help, or you can post to the Forum to start a broader conversation with your professor and others, providing a more in-depth discussion.

Educational and Professional Support

Professors are readily available to students via the Portal, directly via email, or through the Forum. Participating in the Forum offers the possibility of group discussions among professors and students, as well as with fellow students and many alumni.

Graduates may remain in the Forum for ongoing professional support and networking and continue to have access to their course materials, including updates as they become available. We can also help with credits for certification or recertification.
