Program Description
The Diploma of Agility Training is an in-depth and advanced exploration of dog training technology with a specialization in agility. This program provides the solid foundation of knowledge necessary to work at a top level with dogs in agility. This program of study would be of interest to anyone wanting to gain a solid foundational education in agility training.
There are both hands on and academic assignments in this program although the focus is on hands-on learning.
This program requires approximately 308 work-hours.
Students can expect to do a lot of studying and writing as well as actually working with dogs hands-on in this program, exploring the various topics in depth. This program will require the student to train an actual dog, hands on. See individual course descriptions for details.

A PRACTICUM and/or SUPERVISION program module can be added to this diploma program upon graduation. These programs are not required for the diploma but completion of either or both modules results in awarding of a new diploma reflecting the practicum or supervision program. Click here for details.
Tuition is in Canadian funds (Currency Converter), + 4% fee for for online payments. Textbooks not included in tuition. Option #2. Payment plan. $810 & 6 monthly payments of $150, requested on the first of each month after enrollment and due within 7 days from then.
