Course Title: Shelter and Rescue Independent Project - 235

Course Description
In this course the student will draw on the information they have attained in previous courses and have the opportunity to specialize their educational experience in a topic of interest to them. Topics must be approved by the instructor prior to beginning this course. The student will choose a topic, research it in depth and communicate their findings in a single major research paper.

Schedule
The course begins as soon as your enrollment is complete and you receive your enrollment package. Although we allow 6 months for this course, you are free to complete the course sooner if you can, and we do allow extensions if need be.
Prerequisites
All previous courses in the Diploma of Shelter and Rescue program.
Tuition
$350 Cdn. (Currency Converter) + 4% fee for for online payments. Textbooks not included in tuition. They may be purchased through http://www.dogwise.com, http://www.amazon.com, http://www.abebooks.com or http://www.half.com in most cases. Also check the Student Library. Canadian Residents 5% GST. Most public libraries will either have journal articles or can get them through inter-library loans. University libraries are more likely to have them on site.
